It has been my interest to be included in a more dynamic world of travel and computers. As a travel adviser and a traveler too, I have acquired the knowledge and the procedures of how airlines, hotels, and car rentals work. I have knowledge in using Amadeus, Saber and Worldspan specializing schedule changes, flight cancellations and modifications and flight bookings. I am more focus on the details and finding the best deals on all possible booking engines and checking all resources available on the website.I am more experienced in dealing with customers in all possible media such as phone, email, chat, social media, and even in person. 

In addition to being a travel adviser, I am also working as a data encoder for other clients. I can do 40 WPM and proficiency in using all MS Offices.
