I am an experienced Administrative and Virtual Assistant with a solid background in office management, communication, and online support. I’ve worked with both local and international clients, helping them stay organized and efficient in their daily operations.
I started my career as an HR Administrative Assistant, where I managed employee records, schedules, and documents, and supported recruitment and onboarding tasks. This experience taught me to handle multiple responsibilities, keep information confidential, and work with accuracy and professionalism. I learned how to communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure, even when work gets busy.
Later, I expanded my role as a English as a Second Language (ESL) Tutor. Working remotely allowed me to strengthen my time management, adaptability, and communication skills. I became confident using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and different project management apps. I handled emails, scheduling, research, data entry, and other administrative tasks for clients across different time zones.
As an ESL Tutor, I developed patience and strong interpersonal skills. Teaching students from different countries improved my communication, cultural awareness, and attention to detail. It also helped me learn how to make tasks simple, organized, and engaging — skills that I now apply to all areas of my work.
