I’ve been working in executive and administrative support for several years, mostly in the trucking and mining industries. I’ve managed calendars, emails, billing, reports, payroll, and handled communication with clients and team members. What I enjoy most about this kind of work is helping things stay organized and supporting others so they can focus on their own tasks. When I saw this opportunity, I felt it was a great fit for my skills, especially in a remote setup.

I also served as a billing officer, making sure client billing was accurate and payments were monitored. Most recently, I worked as an assistant manager where I oversaw dispatch operations, truck scheduling, fuel expense monitoring, and team supervision.
Throughout my career, I’ve been hands-on with administrative work, problem-solving, and keeping operations organized. I'm comfortable working independently, multitasking in a fast-paced setup, and using tools like Excel and Word to support business functions efficiently.
