I've worked as a Customer and Technical Support Representative for more than five years and right now I started working online as a Virtual Assistant. I did basic Data Entry in the past, Order Entry and upselling for different accounts for cable TV's, did installation of software for windows and mac as well as printers via network all around the US. Part of my job also includes troubleshooting for wireless networks and hardwired connections including modem and other applications.
