An experienced customer/technical support for 11+ years. Handling voice/chat/email for several big companies namely T-mobile USA, Bell Canada, Walmart and Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions where my main tasks are billing, technical troubleshooting and risk management.
Recently, I also became a Virtual Assistant where in I handle data entry, proof reading, graphics design, social media comments and messages handling and other admin task.
With these experiences, it honed me to be whoever I am now.
I am tech savvy, a self starter and fast learner.And I continually seek to learn more for the benefits of my clients who will entrust me with their business.
As for my hobbies, I create Youtube contents for my own channel. That being said I became knowledgeable and am able in using Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop for editing videos and photos. I believe this is also an additional skill that I can use for clients who would need assistance with graphics and videos.
