I am a Customer Solutions Representative who handles various accounts like general care, collections and retention. We provide customers with product and service information, respond to their requests and escalate priority issues. We also do follow ups on inquiries that are not immediately resolved , upsell and process orders. Previous to that, I also work as office staff in which I have background with administrative tasks like filing, encoding, process purchases, track and trace of shipments, product inventory and more.
