A general virtual assistant, content writer, data entry professional, and bookkeeper rolled into one. My working experience started way back when I was still in college as a working student wherein I was assigned to work in the HR Department of the university I was studying in. I was exposed then to the basics of office management such as file management and clerical works. While also in college, I started my freelancing career, working as a content writer for websites that sells various products.After graduating, I started a full-time day job in one of the largest thrift banks in the Philippines where I worked for almost 8 years. During this time, I was honed in the various fields of consumer banking which includes customer service, credit processing, credit operations, marketing, and sales. While working full-time, I also accepted freelance bookkeeping jobs for local businesses in our area.Currently, I am doing a project-based work as a transcriptionist and proofreader and full-time work as a Virtual Assistant/ Support Administrator to a UK-based property development business wherein my main tasks are property assessing, creation of floorplans using Microsoft Visio, file management, invoice tracking, and client documentation.My skills include file management, use of Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, use of Microsoft Visio, data entry, content and article writing and bookkeeping.
