My background is in project/program management and product management, both in senior level roles as well as management roles. I am an experienced project manager (with my PMP) and I have also set up three project management offices from the ground up developing processes, standards, and templates and managing teams and collaborating across the organization while working with clients. I have built MVP's to brand new to market products and have also managed consistent releases using agile at multiple companies. I have my CSPO and CSM and am a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager.
