As the Lead Planning and Cost Control within the Engineering and Project Department on the client side, I
am entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing and coordinating all planning, scheduling, and
cost management activities for various projects. My role ensures that projects are executed efficiently,
within budget, and in alignment with the established timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsabilités :
1. Project Planning and Scheduling :
Develop comprehensive project schedules that reflect the objectives and milestones.

necessary.
