In my current role at Zallaf Oil and Gas, I serve as the Lead Planning and Cost Control Engineer, where I am entrusted with overseeing all planning, scheduling, and cost management activities. I have successfully managed projects such as the EPF processing train, Chaddar EPF, and the Ubari South refinery starting from the FEED stage, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with budgetary and timeline constraints. My expertise includes developing comprehensive project schedules, performing risk assessments, and leading cost control efforts, resulting in optimized project performance.

At Neptune Energy, I played a key role in managing the project controls for the Touat gas treatment plant and associated drilling projects. I implemented effective project controls processes, negotiated contractor claims, and contributed to reducing contractor claims by over $40 million. My ability to lead cross-functional teams and streamline processes has consistently contributed to project success, even in challenging environments.

In previous positions, such as with Danieli & C. /Yenigun and ENGTP Sonatrach, I led planning and cost control activities for large-scale EPC projects. I developed and maintained master schedules, monitored project progress using Earned Value Management, and prepared detailed performance reports for senior management. I also mentored and trained junior project control professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

My proficiency with industry-standard software like Primavera P6, MS Project, and Oracle E-business has enabled me to develop accurate project schedules and provide actionable insights to project stakeholders.
