Anup Kumar

My name is Anup and I have 6+ years of experience in managing web, software and mobile app development projects and I have managed team of programmer, designers.

I have experience in making the project requirement document and provide a clear understanding to the teams and managing the projects from initiation to delivery.

I have very good experience in client management , communication and I know how to keep the project tasks on track. Also I have strong English communication skills and I am available 16+ hours daily on Skype.

From my past experience I feel only that "Communication" is the Key of project success. I believe communication is a Key of project success and I have experience as a Scrum master and I am expert in Sprint planning and execution.
