Tasks (for TM and Calling Assistant):
Outbound calling Real Estate leads to set up a phone appointment with the client to list their properties for sale; With ready cash buyer Campaigns are Expired, JSJL, Circle Prospecting and Absentee listing)
Overall supervision of assigned teams (30 VAs)
Monitors the weekly and monthly performances of each VA and see to it that the desired goal is obtained
Coordinates with 1000CAD (agency) and other client's POC in discussing the weekly and monthly performance of each VA
Coordinates with the Operation's Manager and Director of Operations in streamlining any updates of the company policies
Monitors the daily attendance of the VAs and see to it that it that the number of work hours rendered is accurate thru the use of Time Doctor and making sure that it is tracked on the payroll sheet
Performs bi monthly coaching to VAs and sends email to client and the Director of Operations
Communicating with clients for recommendations, notifications and etc.
Performs daily coaching to VAs if necessary
Conducts 3rd and 6th month appraisal for newbie to qualify for regularization
Assists in conducting initial interviews for the new applicants
Assists the newbie in conducting training
Lead Generation Task:
Organic Search Engine method (initiates RE agents interests in getting a VA)
List building
Sending marketing email or flyers to prospected leads
Admin Tasks:
Sales Calls – Calling potential Realtor/Broker to hire Virtual Assistant
Collaborate with the Operation’s Manager and Director of Operations in sending emails to the existing clients.
Creating marketing materials for the prospected clients
Transaction Coordinator in Real Estate
