I am an accomplished organizational leader with 10 years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams to design business plans, manage property operations, and implement strategic initiatives that advance the corporate vision. Throughout my career, I have worked across Poland, Colombia, and Chile, where I spearheaded operations to manage multi-unit properties for local residents. By working across global regions, I significantly enhanced my personal leadership skills as I honed the ability to develop high-performing staff, establish operational best practices, and employ creative outreach strategies in diverse environments.

As an analytical, creative, and driven professional, working in multiple capacities enabled me to develop operational budgets, manage vendors, oversee financial processes, and direct internal operations to ensure organizational profitability.
