With extensive experience in Learning & Development and Mining, I am well adept in training
development, Mining, Health and Safety oversight, needs, and performance analysis. Whilst my onthe-job experience has enabled me to develop well-rounded skills, I excel at developing and
implementing large-scale high-quality learning and development strategies as well as realigning
business objectives with external environmental/legislative demands and realigning MQA Legacy
Qualifications/Skills programs QCTO Occupational Qualifications and Skills Programs to enhance
Mining and Learner Management Systems (LMS). I have established Training Centres from scratch
using limited resources and implemented Strategic Training Plans. I am also passionate about
performance management and training optimization.
With a solid Mining background, I develop Learning Materials (underground conventional and
mechanized) including skills programs such as OHS Representatives, Rock drill operators, Scraper
Winch operators, Blasting Assistants, Support Installer, Safe Declarers, and Trackless Mobile
Machinery – from entry-level to Mine Overseer level. I manage the development of all training
materials and various technical functions within an organization.
