With extensive experience in Learning & Development and Mining, I am well adept in training development, Mining, Health and Safety oversight, needs, and performance analysis. Whilst my on-the-job experience has enabled me to develop well-rounded skills, I excel at developing and implementing large-scale high-quality learning and development strategies as well as realigning business objectives with external environmental/ legislative demands and realigning MQA Legacy Qualifications/ Skills programs QCTO Occupational Qualifications and Skills Programs to enhance Mining and Learner Management Systems (LMS) which include the establishing of Training Centres from making use of limited resources and the implementation of Strategic Training Plans for establishing training centres from scratch with no resources in place. In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I have a solid educational background and am very passionate about performance management and training optimization.

With a solid Mining background, I develop Learning Materials (underground conventional and mechanized) including all skills programs such as OHS Representatives, Rock drill operators, Scraper Winch operators, Blasting Assistants, Support Installer, Safe Declarers, and Trackless Mobile Machinery. Learning material development can range from the lowest level in the mine right up to the Mine Overseer level. By experience, I am able to manage the development of all training materials and various organizational technical departmental functions within an organization.
