I am a results-driven Data Analyst with a strong foundation in analytics, technology, and business problem-solving. With a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi and professional experience across analytics and software systems, I specialize in using data to generate actionable insights and drive measurable business outcomes.

In my current role at Milkvilla, I work at the intersection of data, marketing, and operations. I have designed and executed over 50 targeted marketing campaigns using customer purchase behavior, recharge patterns, and survey insights, leading to a significant increase in sales and customer engagement. I also analyze multi-channel data across digital, WhatsApp, offline, and referral channels to evaluate performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.

A key part of my role involves building systems and processes that improve efficiency. I have implemented automated communication workflows using CRM tools, reducing manual follow-ups and improving customer experience. Additionally, I developed structured customer journey frameworks and re-engagement strategies that contributed to improved retention rates. My work extends to operational improvements as well, where I introduced tracking systems and SOPs that reduced wastage, improved inventory management, and minimized downtime in production and maintenance processes.

Prior to this, I worked as a Technology Analyst at Citicorp Services, where I focused on system performance optimization and automation. I analyzed application workflows to identify bottlenecks, implemented automated database testing frameworks, and contributed to improving system scalability, reliability, and security. This experience helped me develop a strong technical foundation and an understanding of how robust systems support business efficiency.

I am particularly motivated by roles where I can combine data analysis with strategic thinking to solve complex business problems. I am comfortable working with tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel, and I enjoy translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
