Throughout my career, I’ve worked in fast-paced environments where precision, communication, and adaptability were key to success — and I’ve consistently delivered results through dedication, efficiency, and a customer-first mindset.

My journey began in administrative and customer service roles, where I developed a strong understanding of client needs and the importance of timely communication. Over time, I transitioned into procurement and order support roles, managing vendor relationships, handling end-to-end purchasing processes, and coordinating sales and logistics operations. These experiences taught me how to balance business priorities with client satisfaction while maintaining accuracy and efficiency under pressure.

At Logicom Trading and Distribution LLC, I played a key role in streamlining sales and logistics operations for major IT brands across the GCC. Using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, NAV, and Tally ERP, I optimized workflows, improved order accuracy, and enhanced coordination between sales, finance, and logistics teams.
