My experience as a Customer Service Representative for iver 10 years has taught me to be more patient to others, since we encounter different types of customers. As a Technical Support Representative at Telstra, that experience was the most unforgettable experience. An amazing company where you can build and achieve almost anything but rightly it requires you to take accountability and to work hard.
