I worked in a prestigious company as a Data Analyst for 4 years aside from encoding customers' information into a specific system I checked thoroughly every details if it is accurate and no errors. I assure the information provided is correct especially the payment details and do some analytical reports. We observed data privacy and confidentiality.

I also worked as a Customer Service Representative for almost 2 years, answer customers concerns and inquiries. The most challenging part is how to handle an irate customers well most of the time I am just being calm and handle it with grace.
