Project Overview
Project LEOS was a rapid, high-intensity recruitment initiative
focused on staffing a new family entertainment facility with
key
personnel across various roles. The project was successfully
completed within a tight three-month timeframe, ensuring the
facility had a fully operational team for its launch.

proactively addressed any emerging hiring needs.

Team Leadership: Led and mentored a team of
recruitment professionals, delegating tasks and
ensuring high performance.
Job Design & Advertisement: Developed clear and
attractive job descriptions and implemented
targeted advertising campaigns across relevant
platforms.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conducted
initial screenings and interviews, meticulously
shortlisting candidates based on skills, experience,
and cultural fit.
Client Interview Coordination: Facilitated and
coordinated second-level interviews between
shortlisted candidates and the UAE-based client
team.
Offer Management & Onboarding: Managed the
offer letter process, contract finalization, and
coordinated all pre-employment checks to ensure
a smooth transition for new hires.
Challenges & Risk Mitigation
Challenge
Tight deadline for filling a large number of diverse roles
simultaneously.
· Mitigation: Implemented an accelerated
recruitment methodology, including simultaneous
shortlisting and interviewing rounds. Leveraged a
dedicated team to manage candidate flow efficiently.
