I have strong skills in customer service, project management, sales and marketing, CRM systems, SAP systems and T24 sytems. These skills were displayed in the CASA campaign, a project that was aimed at attracting existing customer of the Commercial Bank of Africa to buy new products and services resulting to an increase in bank deposits. 

As part of the customer service duties, I resolved product or service problems and ensured clarity on the customer's complaint. I did marketing on the new products and services and my convincing power ensured an increase in sales which played a huge role in the overall outcome of the campaign.

With the large number of customers across the country I was able to analyse customer needs and respond quickly with differentiated and advanced solution, reaching a total of 70 customers daily. With this numbers I was able to increase the deposit volume to a total of over 10 million in a month over a period of 5 months. This was done through the use of CRM, T24 and SAP systems that ensured client information was easily accessible and reports easily managed.

I have studied a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Management which gives me a strong foundation to understanding the business world in the aspects of international relations, trade, management, marketing and crucial factors like client satisfaction in businesses.
