My name is Anne Medina. You can call me Kring-Kring like a telephone ring. :)

I've been in the BPO for 14 years and gained extensive experience as a customer service representative in the e-commerce field. I've worked with companies like eBay, and Amazon Dropship sellers. My recent job experience was for a pet wellness brand and this is a subscription-based company in the US. I was one of the team leaders for this brand and I've worked closely with the client to monitor the social media accounts for product-related inquiries, complaints, and negative reviews. We turn these negative experiences into positive ones. Since we are communicating with fur parents, this brand taught me to be more empathetic and show our fun and playful side when engaging with our members.

A fun fact about me is that I love spending my holidays or rest days at the beach. I love being away from the city lights and the rush of day-to-day errands. The sounds of the ocean waves make me feel relaxed and I can find serenity whenever I dip in the water. The coldness of the water is super soothing to the skin and bones and brings peace of mind. The calm and tranquility of nature are some of my best getaways whenever I feel stressed or need to get away from something.
