HR & Admin Assistant ( May 2018 – July 2019)
Manage petty cash usage of staff and prepare replenishment weekly
Monitor and maintain all assets office equipment
Answer and re-direct phone call
Coordinate in payroll and recruitment process
Arrange office supplies for new staff such as ID-cards, uniform, stationary, computer, email and documents
