Since July 2021, I have been serving as the HR Officer and Recruitment Focal at Medical Action Myanmar (an International NGO). In this role, I manage and lead the full recruitment cycle. Plus, I had worked as a Recruitment and Staffing Manager at Dufferin International Management Organization and as a Processor to perform about the growth of country, environment progress and activities in ECC Yangon organization. I have been working as a United Nation Online Volunteer to Support Talent Acquisition Promotion and Talent Mapping. I believe that my proficiency would be usefully applied of this position which can makes the valuable asset for the organization. Having graduated Bachelor of Science (Mathematics), achieving DHRM and DBM has possibly developed me into a quick learner and good problem-solver as I have always approached the problems to have them inspected analytically and pragmatically. I believe that during my past work experiences and studies, I had contributed the good atmosphere to my working environment as far as I could in my best. For now, I hope to be given an opportunity as I’m ready to willingly express my appropriate skills for the organization.
