I've been doing a document research, research for title encumbrances, tax, easements and mortgages for almost 7 years and 9 mos since my task is to insure the title and research about the mortgages create and read legal descriptions around California. I have knowledge in searching public records. I am also knowledgeable in using tools such as netronline, data tree and data trace which are use in searching documents.

As for my skills, I can type 40-45 wpm and can use Excel and google spreadsheet. I'm extremely detail-Oriented and can spot documentation errors. I also have a strong management abilities.
