I have worked for the past 10 years in Customer Service in an array of different types of work. I am dedicated to helping customers and making sure that their experience with your company is as seamless as possible. I currently work in an inbound call center, where I help customers daily to get information on their orders and connect them to others in the company who better suit their needs.
I have has been actively writing for more than a decade. Not only is it a personal passion of mine, but I have also attended Western Carolina University to study literature, creative writing, and proofing. I have written a number of works that have been self-published, as well as worked as an editor on many collaborative projects through the years.
When it comes to taking on takes that are unfamiliar or with which I have little experience, I always make it a top priority to educate myself and am a quick study. I believe that every skill can be applied to a single job, and I have had a lot of experience in mixing my various talents to wonderous effect!
