Anna Maria Villalon Caluscusan

I am Anna Maria V Caluscusan. I am 32 years old. I consider myself as hardworking and put high regard in producing a quality work. My first job was a Customer Service Representative. I have worked for more than 6 years and I have learned many things especially being competent. I have become dedicated to providing an outstanding service in an effective manner whenever I received a phone call from our callers. My work experiences in handling inbound calls help me become patient, resourceful and responsive to all inquiries within a timely and professional manner. Respond and document customer complaints. After working in the private sector, I was employed for 29 months as a government employee in one of its frontline agency. Most of my tasks are admin and office works which include typing/encoding, sorting, filing, scanning documents and answering phone calls. My work experience in the government has helped me a lot in increasing my public relations ability. I have learned to be able to address readily in giving quick resolutions to the concerns and queries of the public. With my recent work, I was employed as a medical biller (Medical Doctor). It taught me to become well-organized and proficient in solving problems. It had made me efficient in finding answers and doing research claims denials. Performing inbound and outbound calls provided me an opportunity to enhance and achieved an excellent telephone, customer service, and communication skills. I have been a volunteer of a non-government organization named Gawad Kalinga since the year 2008 that mainly provides free houses among the poorest of the poor. Whenever I am free I devote my time to the community that we are serving. I am assigned to the youth and kids in the community. At times we gather them to play games we refer to it as play therapy. I also arranged other students, individuals, private employees, groups and other NGOs to partner with us and render volunteer works to the youth. Thru it my interpersonal and management skills have greatly improved. It has honed my ability to establish and maintain productive personal relationships with individuals. My volunteer work has developed my capability in planning and coordinating events and activities. Overall, I am a great team player. I can provide exceptional customer support. I am goal-driven with an ability to work under pressure. I have an insightful communication and collaborative community outreach. I am enthusiastic and a great communicator. I am punctual, dependable and can be counted upon to finish what I have started.
