With my vast experience as an Operations/Office manager, bookkeeping and virtual assistance plus my deep love for helping businesses grow through customer satisfaction, I believe I would be a valuable asset to your team. 

I have consistently achieved outstanding results and a proven track record within the Operations world, from HR/Administrative management to with finance/bookkeeping responsibilities, all done exclusively in a remote capacity for the past 5 years. I have developed and led the office through high performance of ongoing administrative and operational tasks, screening potential new clients, onboarding new employees, and training programs through nurturing of relationships and playing a key role as a resource for questions, problems and everything in-between. My experience in both customer and co-worker success has given me an understanding of needs and the ability to foster strong partnerships. On the finance side, I have a continued record of performing ongoing bookkeeping and financial operations tasks through the use of Quickbooks and Excel Spreadsheets to reconcile accounts, expense reports and payment records, generate reports for managements, maintain vendor contracts and bill payments along with manage and run payroll.
