I am an experienced IT and Management professional with more than 10 years experience. My main skill is creating and managing pre-sales / pursuit teams that generate and respond to proposals (RFP/RFI/ROM) with the intent of winning new business. I have experience with working with different organizations (Sales, technical groups) to create and finalize the content for proposals for global clients.

I was a people manager for 5 years and handled senior resources of the organization ranging from Solution Architects, Senior Software Engineers and Project Managers. Part of my responsibility in this space is resource management (assigning work) and managing their careers.

Prior to being a people manager and leading/creating proposals, I was an experienced web and windows desktop developer using Java, Visual Basic, VBA (MS Access and Excel) and C#. as well as a Project Manager for small to medium application development projects.
