Hi, Thank you for taking time to view my profile. I am a Licensed Nurse by profession and i have been with the Outsourcing Business for the last 7 years. I have handled different accounts that deals with customer service , sales - inbound / outbound , technical support and recently i have started my journey with home-based jobs. • For work experience. I have been with a financial institution for almost 5 years. My job is to address all customer service related concern and technical issues as well on how they can retrieve their account online to manage their accounts with our bank.
• I also have experience on sales and up-selling with a phone line provide in US.
• Currently, I am working with Versatel inc. since 2017.Our company pre-qualifies US residents to health insurance so we can have them matched to a licensed agent with in United States to help them find a better plan.
• I am looking for a home based job that I can practice and use my skills effectively.
• I am looking for a job that will also help me be a better version of my self as i strive to be better each day. I value constructive criticism because this will help me improve on areas that i lack. and eager to learn new things.
