I am an expert with Project Management and works as an Executive Assistant.
I am well trained to work directly with CEOs, wherein I am responsible in Onboarding new clients, making sure the team reach the goal and timeline given, I create SOPs and help with process improvement. I am the main POC for the team and clients while reporting directly to the Executive Team. I also conduct training about our app and also help newly hired account managers with their training. I also have experience with QuickBooks, processing payroll , invoice and schedule management. I also conduct weekly check in call / strategy meeting with our clients.

I also have 8 years of experience as a Database Specialist, primarily doing research, data entry, updating the database system to ensure that the company meets the goal of updating the system.
