I am a Customer Service Professional with over Seven years of experience. I had my stint in the Telecommunications industry handling inbound and outbound communication, product and service handling, usage of CRM tools like Avaya and Oracle Siebel as well as back office escalation.
I have also worked as a Virtual Executive Assistant with Digitalmindfluencer,, a Sweden based Startup and Virtual Personal Assistant with Nevaeh consulting, a Startup involved with Project management trainings.
