Helping the organization manage circuits of artistes visiting Dehradun helped me gain firsthand experience in managing celebrities, musical events and venues. Every circuit was challenge in terms of artistes management, lightening, sound, stage, audience management. Spicmacay events were not like usual social events. Because they were aimed at educational institutes, it was necessary to know how to deal with management of reputed institutions, managing students – both kids & budding professionals. I was lucky to get chance to learn all that while I was still in temple of learning, school & college. During school, I get a chance to organize a musical concert to raise awareness and funds for a NGO, India Vision Foundation.
