I have been working as a Virtual Assistant since 2012. I started with Elance in 2012, and then on Upwork when Elance merged with oDesk. Working for my clients, I was able to gain experience in a variety of fields.

I have written articles for blogs, website pages, and product description. For a Digital Marketing client in Canada Cijaye Depridine, I helped her re-write articles to optimize the website.

I have worked on digital marketing projects. For a Digital Marketing agency in Canada, Get Digital, I helped them manage their client's social media accounts. I was handling five clients, ranging from fitness coach to leak detection manufacturers.

For a property management firm in Houston, Ashoka Lion, I started with coordinating handyman. Gradually, I was helping the owner create lease agreements, manage accounts, supervise other accounts staff, create estimates and verify invoices. I spent around 2 years working with the client.

Working with Jamie Edwards, a coach out of UK, I learnt InfusionSoft, Kajabi, and Zoho. I have also worked with an entrepreneur in UK, helping her manage team, hire new freelancers, and design operation process.

In April 2020, I received my certification in Complete Digital Marketing from Udemy, and in June 2020 certificate in ECommerce Marketing: Amazon Sales and Amazon SEO.
