I’m Ankit Kirit Tanna, a product and engineering leader with over 8 years of experience building and scaling software platforms at the intersection of technology, business, and user impact. I currently serve as Vice President of Product & Engineering at Helo.ai by VivaConnect, where I’ve led the transformation of a legacy telecom platform into a modern CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) business. Under my leadership, we scaled platform throughput to over 100 million transactions per day, achieved 99.9999% uptime, grew revenue 5x to $32.5M, and expanded into new AI-powered offerings.

My career has always been defined by a deep sense of ownership, high execution velocity, and a love for solving ambiguous problems. I’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams—product managers, engineers, designers, QA, and pre-sales—to ship products that are not just technically strong, but strategically aligned to business outcomes. I’m deeply involved in defining product and engineering roadmaps, designing systems architecture, implementing KPI-led delivery models, and mentoring leaders across teams.

Beyond my full-time role, I founded LagomIT Solutions, a profitable software agency that delivered 20+ projects across MarTech, HRTech, and FinTech with 40% net profitability. This entrepreneurial experience gave me a broader lens into client empathy, GTM strategies, and disciplined execution under constraints.
