I have been working for almost 9 years now from different companies. And i can say that i've learned a lot with those experiences that i'd encountered during and after the process. In more than 4 years as a Technical Support IT operations, this has given me a range of practical capabilities that can meet every job that i will work with. Part of my role as a Tech support is to install and update software, troubleshooting desktop issues, remote access whenever needed. I make sure to assist every clients and close all incident and service request tickets within SLA for better service. Until now, i am very much happy that i am still growing in the IT industry. This is really my passion to share what i know and to gain more knowledge that would benefit both the company and me as an employee.In my 1st year of work, i already received several awards / recognitions certificates.
