With more than 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, including customer service, technical support, data entry, training and development, talent acquisition and being a team leader, I bring to the table a wide variety of skills and competencies. I have worked with different clients ranging from business to business storage, cable television and internet providers, healthcare and computer sales/marketing/support.

I am very passionate about the job I start and make sure that it is done thoroughly in a timely manner. An efficient and quick learner, who is adaptable to change.

My passion is in helping other people achieve their goals successfully.

Outside my professional career and in my spare time, I am an avid Marvel Comics fan and gamer, be it in sports or e-sports.
