In my 3 years of experience in customer service, I’ve always strived to deliver the best individualized and timely interaction with each customer so that they feel valued. I do this with the company's goals and policies in mind, with the aim of gaining loyalty and highly satisfied customers for the business. As a Customer Service Representative at the previous companies, I worked for. I’ve gained extensive experience across several facets of customer service. During my time as a CSR, I used different tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Avaya, and Gorgias, among others, to pull up customer context to deliver more personalized support without requiring customers to repeat themselves. I’ve also demonstrated strong results through my work, by getting an average of 95% customer satisfaction most of the time. Among my peers, I’m known as an approachable, patient, motivated, and very hardworking agent that goes above and beyond the call of duty and task list. I am also very proactive with my tasks and make sure they are done before logging out. I over-communicate to my client and team. I make sure I create a task list and tick them all off before ending the shift. I always strive to improve my skills, learn on the job, and deliver enjoyable customer experiences. I’m also a natural helper who never shies away from working with my peers to deliver strong results.
