I worked as a Customer Service Representative with 2 years and 3 months experience on the field ranging from the healthcare industry to Telecommunications industry for both in the US and Australia. Aside from being a Customer Service Representative, I also have more than a year experience as an Administrative Assistant at a Visa consultation firm which caters to clients all-over the globe. Plus a teaching experience at a University as Chemistry Instructor because of the fact that I am a Chemistry major.
I have technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HTML as part of the skills I gained on my previous job. I can work well under pressure and in a multi-task setting. I value integrity and commitment.
