I'm a keen, proactive and result-oriented HR professional with more than eight (8) years of experience working for recruitment and outsourcing companies in the Philippines. I've been doing freelance recruitment jobs since 2013 and working for different clients in the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Singapore and Thailand. I have handled both technical and non-technical positions in different sectors such as Finance, Human Resource, Engineering, Information Technology, Sales, and etc. I have strong background using different recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Monster, The Ladders, Zoho, X-ray Search, Facebook Graph Search, Meetups, Github, Stack Overflow, etc.

I used to be a Creative Writer / Web Marketing Assistant / Web Researcher for almost three (3) years in an outsourcing company.
