I am Angeline Nocum, an empowered woman who worked with grace under pressure.

I am a well-rounded and goal oriented person. I've been a responsible and dependable customer service representative. My wide 5 years experience in a B.P.O. Industry had made an exposure in management practices and applied my working experiences that led me to become a great achiever that I am now.

A young highly driven professional who has a total of 5 years experience in Outsourcing Industry as a Customer Support and even become promoted as a Quality Analyst.

A clerical administrative task are some of my specials skills . The experiences I gained has been the key for me to have a great business judgement which is essential for me to perform any given task. 

I'm also a hardworking, enterprising, determined and a fast learner person. I value the trust of the clients and make sure to commit myself to the task given, taking full responsibility in completing the project at the given time frame.
