I have a bachelor's degree in Accounting Technology from St. Paul University Dumaguete and have various job experiences, mostly related to customer service and accounting. I had my 3 months internship in an audit firm and landed my first job as an accounting clerk even before I graduated college. Then, I transferred to a BPO company called Qualfon Inc. where I handle a voice account under Tracfone Wireless, America's number one service provider. I worked also worked as an email and live chat support specialist and was handling an application in the USA called Earnin. Because of my great interpersonal skills, I mostly get 5 stars from customers and got awarded as the top agent of the week. I was awarded as the top trainee in both BPO companies that I worked with. Currently, I am a virtual assistant of a private client in Amazon and I am currently looking for a part time job.
