As a recent Sales and Service Specialist, Customer Service Representative and Inside Sales Associate (Fitness GYM and Real Estate), I have solid knowledge and experience in assisting leads by providing their needs , documention, emailing, setting up appointments, cold calling and lead generation. I had successful experience in upselling and closing deals with our customers , and appointment setting.In addition, I found that my problem-solving skills, time management skills and creative thinking skills were enhanced by working as part of a team and by considering other people’s ideas.
