I am a very hardworking and flexible person who has more than 3 years of experience editing transcriptions of legal depositions, medical, IT, and other types of lectures using the Chicago Manual of Style for Verbit.ai. I have also taught beginner level to advanced English to Chinese students for 3 years using Skype, QQ, ClassIn, and other platforms exclusive for the ESL companies I've worked for. I also have experience teaching English grammar and pronunciation to Filipino students in the classroom setting. As a workforce supervisor, I monitored real-time agent work state using tools like IEX and Audivault, completed attendance trackers and OT validations using MS Excel, approved discretionary activities to meet program metrics, and performed other duties and assignments as directed by the workforce manager. As a customer service representative, I helped supervisors in training newcomers in taking orders, checking customer order status, and processing credit applications over the phone.
