I began my career as a Customer Service Representative for a U.S.-based telecommunications company, where I spent 9 months assisting customers with billing concerns and technical issues. My responsibilities included troubleshooting mobile phones and hotspots, as well as promoting and upselling relevant services.
After demonstrating strong performance, I was promoted to Team Manager, a role I held for 7 years. In this position, I coached agents weekly, developed and implemented action plans, monitored performance metrics, and conducted QA evaluations to ensure service quality. I also provided real-time support to agents and regularly reported team performance to upper management.
Following the birth of my son, I transitioned to a remote work setup and have since been working as a Cold Caller in the real estate industry for the past 2 years. My role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, using strategic scripts to present real estate services, managing customer records in a CRM system, addressing concerns to maintain a positive brand image, and consistently meeting sales targets through proactive follow-ups.
