I started in the customer service industry 9 years ago. I was a customer service representative and then became a supervisor for one the biggest online payment processor in the US for 3 years. I am currently working for one of the best banks in the US. I was also a Senior Specialist for Visa and Mastercard credit card disputes for 5 years. And to expand my customer service and banking experience I became a Mortgage Processing specialist. Lastly, I also invested and had completed a course to become an Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant.
