I had worked in the BPO industry handling healthcare insurance, technical support and Christmas trees for more than 2 years. I had been a receptionist / front desk associate / administrator for an international fitness club outside my home country for more than 3 years. I have good problem solving skills and I can manage my time with minimal or no supervision at all. I am known for handling irate customers well via phone, face to face and email. I am a risk taker and gets things done. I am a fast learner and highly motivated individual. I graduated with a Management degree and I am not afraid to learn new things to cope up with the current market's trends.
