I have a wide background both in sales and client success and even customer service. I have been a sales representative for a US based company and a customer support representative for a vacation rental website which is also based in the US. I have also supported a technical account that assists clients and customers that needs help troubleshooting applications and resolving errors when making bookings and payments.
I have been working virtually for more than 3 years which means that I understand the importance of transparency and having a sense of urgency.
I went through multiple pieces of training on how to handle and understand foreign customers and provide their needs. I attended multiple developmental pieces of training on how to pacify irate customers and handle their issues with great respect and satisfactory rate.
I am skilled in taking calls, responding to emails and handling chats with efficiency and great care particularly in the retail and sales and travel field. Since I also studied Accounting and bookkeeping I am also knowledgeable in that area.
I am highly familiar with CRMS particularly Appfolio, Asana, Salesforce, Hubspot and Zendesk, Zapier and a little on Quickbooks. I also qualify as an expert in using all MS Office Applications as well as G Suites. I am a multi tasker and organized person. I make sure that I get the job done on time and will give 100% of my best at all times.
