I started working as a service crew in a fastfood chain and after 3 years they promoted me as a guest experience manager. My main job role here is to help store to increase sales. After 6 years of working in food industry I decided to apply in a BPO company that helps me more knowledgeable in taking international phone calls such as inbound and outbound call, email handling and to become multi task. I recently enrolled in General VA class and I'd like to apply all knowledge I learned recently which is CRM, SEO, Social Media, Marketing, Managing email and calendar, Real Estate and many more. I'm looking for a job that will help me to enhance my skills.
