I am a native Brazilian with an Italian citizenship. I have extensive experience in South America, Oceania and Europe. I completed a bachelor´s degree in Tourism and Hotel Business in a recognized university in Brazil and currently I am finishing a Master degree in Rome Business School. I have accumulated in more than 10 years of working abroad in customer service. I must say that I really appreciate my career and genuinely enjoy serving others in this capacity.
